一、服务说明
- 留下照片是一款本地照片管理工具App,提供相册整理、标签管理、清理重复/相似内容与空相簿、桌面组件、拼图等功能(具体以软件实际提供为准)。
- 我们不会将您的照片内容上传至开发者自有服务器。若您主动启用 iCloud 同步,相关数据将由苹果公司提供的 iCloud 服务进行传输与存储。
- 部分功能需要系统权限(如照片访问、通知等)。拒绝授权可能导致部分功能不可用。
二、账户与设备
- 本软件无需注册账户即可使用核心功能。
- 若您启用 iCloud 同步,请确保您已正确配置设备并登录有效的 Apple ID。iCloud 服务的可用性由苹果公司负责。
三、订阅、试用与购买(如适用)
- 本软件的付费功能通过 App Store(苹果公司)提供与结算,可能包括自动续订订阅与一次性买断。具体商品、价格、币种、试用期、促销价与优惠信息,以您所在地区 App Store 页面展示为准。
- 若为自动续订订阅,订阅将在当前周期结束前自动续订并扣费,除非您在订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。您可在系统订阅管理中取消或变更订阅。
- 我们不直接处理退款。退款与对账请通过 App Store 的相关流程办理。
四、免费权益与功能限制
- 我们可能为免费用户设置功能额度、频率或次数限制(以软件界面展示为准),并可能随版本更新调整。
- 您不得以任何方式绕过或破解功能限制,包括但不限于反编译、篡改、注入、伪造购买状态等。
五、用户内容与合法合规
- 您通过本软件处理的内容(包括照片、视频、标签、相簿结构等)相关权利仍归属于您或原权利人。您应确保对内容拥有合法权利,并遵守适用法律法规。
- 本软件在您授权的前提下使用系统接口在设备本地处理照片内容,以实现您选择的功能。

- 本软件及其相关组件(包括但不限于源代码、用户界面、设计、商标、文档等)的知识产权归我们所有或经合法授权使用。
- 未经我们明确书面许可,您不得复制、传播、出租、出售、分发或以其他方式非法使用本软件的任何部分。

- 本软件按“现状”提供。我们不保证服务持续不中断或无缺陷。
- 整理与清理操作可能涉及删除、移动、合并等变更,建议您在进行重要操作前自行备份。除法律明确规定外,我们不对由此产生的任何损失承担责任。
八、变更与终止
- 我们可能更新本软件与本条款。更新版本将在本软件内或本网站公示。您继续使用即视为接受更新内容。
- 您可随时停止使用并卸载本软件。
九、适用法律与争议解决
- 本条款的订立、效力、解释与执行,适用您所在地的相关法律法规(在法律允许范围内)。

Welcome to Keephotos
Thank you for choosing Keephotos (the "App" or "we"). Please read and fully understand these Terms of Service (the "Terms") before using the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Overview
- Keephotos is a local photo management app that may provide album organizing, tag management, cleanup of duplicate/similar content and empty albums, widgets, collages, and other features (as available in the App).
- We do not upload your photo content to developer-owned servers. If you voluntarily enable iCloud sync, related data is transmitted and stored via Apple’s iCloud services.
- Some features require system permissions (e.g., Photos access, notifications). Denying permissions may limit functionality.
2. Account and Device
- No account registration is required to use the core features.
- If you enable iCloud sync, please ensure your device is properly configured and you are signed in with a valid Apple ID. iCloud availability is provided by Apple.
3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases (If Applicable)
- Paid features are offered and billed through the App Store (Apple). Products may include auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases. Availability, prices, currencies, trial periods, and promotional pricing vary by region and are subject to what is displayed on the App Store.
- For auto-renewing subscriptions, your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- We do not process refunds directly. Please follow Apple’s App Store refund process for refunds and billing questions.
4. Free Tier and Feature Limits
- We may apply limits to free users (e.g., quotas, frequency, or usage limits). The in-app rules apply and may change with updates.
- You must not bypass or circumvent feature restrictions, including by reverse engineering, tampering, injecting code, or spoofing purchase status.
5. Your Content and Compliance
- You retain all rights to content you manage through the App (including photos, videos, tags, and album structures), subject to any rights of third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights and complying with applicable laws.
- The App processes photo content locally on your device via system APIs only with your authorization, to provide the features you choose.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in and to the App and its components are owned by us or licensed to us.
- Without our explicit written permission, you may not copy, distribute, rent, sell, or otherwise unlawfully use any part of the App.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Organizing/cleanup actions may involve changes such as deletion or moving. Please back up important data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the App.
8. Changes and Termination
- We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published in the App or on this website. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
- You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence, to the extent permitted by law.
- Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring an action before a court of competent jurisdiction in your place of residence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
